Hi, sorry for my bad english.

There are settings in Avira for exclude directory scanning

Configuration->expert mode->guard->scan->exceptions

is a good workaround if I add my repository directory?

I'm a linux user, but for some days I have to use windows... but i would
continue to use mercurial.
